I like riding my Xtra better than I ever did the parent bike…it’s smoother and way more fun. That extra length and the bit of flex introduced into the system knocks the edges off rough roads.

My Xtra does ride even better than the original, IMO.

“Dutchess” is the obvious choice for naming a “Dutch” bicycle, but something exotic like Vienne or Rochelle would be nice also. I’ve been oggling the xtra-cycle for a while now and am currently looking for a bike that I would want to convert. I have been a little hesitant about it the last couple of weeks, not sure if I wanted to go that route, but you’ve pushed me over the edge on that one. Going to kick it into high gear.
