		<description>Forgot to add.  One more point that proves it is a Dutch flag and not a French one (even if both are rotated 45 degrees) is that the French Flag has the red stripe on the right.  Here it is on the left upper corner.

So it is indeed a Dutch flag rotated 30 odd degrees counter-clockwise!</description>

The Dutch and French Flags have the same coloured stripes.

Just that the Dutch stripes run horizontally (like India&#039;s), while the French run vertically like Italy&#039;s :)

I hope I solved your bike mystery.  It is Dutch after all :)
